Is it possible to receive a tax invoice for the ticket purchase?

Air tickets are classified as receipts under the Value Added Tax Act and cannot be issued a tax invoice.

What should I do if I purchased a ticket on the website and cancelled but I was charged the payment amount?

Since the amount is charged to each credit card company at the time of payment or refund when booking on the website, the actual cancellation time may vary depending on the date of payment and refund request. Once the refund has been received and approved on the website, a cancellation will be requested from the credit card company or payment company that made the original payment within 3 business days. If your refund is delayed, please contact your credit card company used for ticketing.

Can I use a real-time bank transfer to buy someone else's ticket?

Tickets can be purchased by bank transfer if the depositor and the holder of the official certificate are the same. You can also buy someone else's ticket but the name and the information should be accurate.
