I paid with a credit card. Can I get a cash refund?

Tickets purchased with a credit card cannot be directly refunded in cash, and refunds will be made to that card on the same card payment date as at the time of purchase. In other words, if you apply for a ticket refund, a refund request will be sent to your credit card company within 3 days, and the credit card company will refund you according to your payment date. It will take at least 1 to 2 weeks from the date of cancellation.
