Chapter 1. General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions aim to establish the operating standards of the Sky Angkor Airlines (hereinafter “the Company”) Stamp Program (hereinafter “the Program”), as well as the rights and obligations of members, in order to ensure fair and efficient program operation.

 

Article 2 (Membership Eligibility)
① Individuals aged 12 or older are eligible to join the Program.
② Flights taken prior to membership enrollment are not eligible for stamp accrual.

 

 

Chapter 2. Stamp Accrual

Article 3 (Accrual Criteria)
① Stamp accrual rates vary by designated routes and flights determined by the Company, and follow the separate accrual table provided.
② Charter flights and other non-scheduled flights are not eligible for stamp accrual.
③ Infant and child passengers are excluded from stamp accrual.
④ Group bookings, discounted fares, and promotional fares may be excluded from stamp accrual.
⑤ Offload and No-show flights are not eligible for accrual.

 

Article 4 (Accrual Conditions)
① Stamps may be accrued only for flights taken by the member.
② The English name on the member’s profile must match the English name on the passport used for travel.
③ If passport information changes, the member must update it in the account settings for automatic accrual to apply.

 

Article 5 (Accrual Timing and Retroactive Claims)
① Stamps are automatically accrued within 48 hours after the flight.
② If stamps are not accrued automatically, members may submit a retroactive accrual request within 90 days from the flight date with supporting documents (e.g., boarding pass, itinerary receipt).
③ Corrections to accrual history may be requested within 90 days from the flight date.

 

Article 6 (Duplicate or Fraudulent Accruals)
① Duplicate accruals for the same flight will be automatically deducted.
② If stamps are accrued using another person’s flight information or through falsified details, such stamps will be revoked, and repeated violations may result in membership suspension or termination.
③ If incorrect or fraudulent accruals are confirmed due to system errors or misuse, the Company may revoke the stamps without prior notice.

 

 

Chapter 3. Stamp Redemption and Benefits

Article 7 (Redemption Rules)
① Stamp benefits may be redeemed only in accordance with the designated rules and units (refer to separate benefit guidelines).
② Stamp benefits may not be transferred or sold to others.
③ Seat selection benefits may be combined with one accompanying passenger sharing the same booking reference (PNR).

 

Article 8 (Restrictions and Seat Policies)
① Advance seat selection may be restricted depending on aircraft type, seat configuration, or operational changes.
② If a first-row seat cannot be provided, a second-row seat may be assigned instead.
③ Benefits are applicable only to the Company’s regular scheduled flights and may be restricted on charter or certain special flights.

 

 

Chapter 4. Validity and Expiration

Article 9 (Validity Period)
① Stamps are valid for two (2) years from the date of accrual and will automatically expire thereafter.
② If a member has no login, accrual, or redemption activity for two (2) consecutive years, all remaining stamps may expire without prior notice.

 

 

Chapter 5. Membership Tiers

Article 10 (Tier Upgrades)
Membership tier upgrades are processed automatically once the required stamp criteria for each tier are met.

 

Chapter 6. Additional Provisions

Article 11 (Refunds and Revocations)
In cases of ticket refunds, No-show, or confirmed misuse, accrued stamps and redeemed benefits may be revoked.

 

Article 12 (Policy Changes)
Benefits may be limited due to airport circumstances or Company policy changes. The Program and its benefits are subject to change without prior notice at the Company’s discretion.
