Passengers with infants

Traveling with children? Here are some useful tips for a safe and seamless travel experience.

Fare

• One adult passenger may accompany one infant. When one adult passenger travels with two, a ticket must be purchased for one infant.
• Child fare applies to children 24 months and older. (baggage allowance is the same as adult passengers)

Stroller

• Strollers where the total of dimensions exceeds 115cm can be used up to the boarding gate but must be checked in as baggage at the boarding gate.
• Strollers can be retrieved at the arrival gate or, upon request, at the baggage claim area upon arrival.

Note

• If you paid a child fare when purchasing a ticket, a regular adult seat is provided.
• For infants with health issues, please confirm with the airline whether the infants can board the aircraft prior to boarding to ensure safe air travel.
  (However, pick-up of the stroller in front of the boarding gate may not be an option depending on the circumstances of the overseas airport.)
