[Payment] Can I book a flight ticket and pay later?

Payments must be made at the same time a booking is made.

[Booking] Can I purchase an adjacent seat for an extra fee?

Yes. If the seat is available, you may purchase the adjacent seat at the airport on the day of boarding. Please inquire with the check-in counter staff.

[Booking] What is the valid period of flight tickets?

The valid period during which itinerary changes may be made is one year following the initial generation of the booking. The period during which refunds for the flight ticket may be requested is two years following the initial generation of the booking.

[Booking] Can I transfer the flight ticket I purchased to another person?

Please note that after the booking is completed, the flight ticket cannot be transferred to another individual.

[Booking] I have incorrectly entered the passenger’s name in English. Can I make edits?

Partial correction of the spelling may be made if the pronunciation remains the same. For cases where the pronunciation of the two names differs, the ticket must be refunded then re-purchased. For the former case of a spelling correction, please inquire with the booking center.

[Booking] What is the maximum number of people I can make a booking for?

You may make a booking for up to 9 passengers at a time.

To book flight tickets for a group of 9 passengers or more, please inquire to the travel agency or krgroup@skyangkorair.com

[Payment] What payment options are available?

If a booking is made on the website: Credit/debit cards

If a booking is made through the booking center: Credit/debit cards, simplified payment options (e.g. ABA Pay)

If a booking is made through the airports: Cash or Credit/debit cards, (Lotte Card not available) or simplified payment options (e.g. ABA Pay)

[Payment] Is it possible to issue a cash receipt?

Sky Angkor Airlines Seoul Office operates as the General Sales Agent (G.S.A) for Sky Angkor Airlines in Cambodia, and we regret to inform you that we are unable to issue cash receipts.

According to Article 126-3 of the Special Tax Treatment Control Act, cash receipts are issued when goods or services are supplied and paid for in cash. However, as our Seoul office handles reservation operations for the foreign airline Sky Angkor Airlines, and the revenue from ticket sales belongs to the airline, we are unable to issue cash receipts under our name.

[Airport] When does the check-in counter open and close?

Opening

Incheon: Three hours prior to the flight departure

Phnom Penh: Two and a half hour to the flight departure

Bangkok: Two and a half hours to the flight departure

Closing

Incheon: One hour prior to the flight departure

Phnom Penh: half hour to the flight departure

Bangkok: One hour prior to the flight departure

[Airport] Can I purchase flight tickets at the airport, too?

Yes. You may purchase flight tickets up to one hour prior to the flight’s departure time.

[Change and Refund] What should I do if I wish to change the flight schedule?

If you have a flight ticket that allows changes to the flight date, changes may be made on the condition that the difference in the fare between the original flight and the new flight, as well as change fees, are charged. For bookings made on the website or through the booking center, please inquire with the booking center. If the ticket was purchased through any other point of sales, please inquire with the original point of sales.

[Change and Refund] How can I cancel a flight ticket?

You may request a cancellation of your flight ticket on the website or through the booking center. Once a request for cancellation is made, the refund information is forwarded to the credit card company within 14 to 30 business days, and the refund will be processed in accordance with the refund policy of the respective credit card company. If the flight ticket was purchased through a point of sales other than the Sky Angkor Airlines website or the booking center, please inquire with the original point of sales.

 

[Change and Refund] I had purchased a roundtrip flight ticket, but only used the ticket for a one-way trip. Can I receive a refund for the unused leg of the ticket?

Refunds may be made through the booking center within 1 years of the date on which the initial booking was made. In such a case, a penalty and cancellation fee will be charged. If the flight ticket was purchased through a point of sales other than the Sky Angkor Airlines website or the booking center, please inquire with the original point of sales.

[Change and Refund] Where can I get a document confirming the delay or cancellation of my flight?

You can be issued a certificate confirming the delay or cancellation of your flight by Sky Angkor Airlines booking center

[Change and Refund] Can I receive a refund without being charged a cancellation fee if I cannot board the flight due to the death of a family member, illness or pregnancy?

Sky Angkor Airlines will review whether the fees can be waived. Please submit your booking confirmation document and the following relevant documents via email krairport@skyangkorair.com).

In the case of a death of a family member: Death certificate and certificate of family relations

In the case of illness: A doctor’s diagnosis and certificate of admission to a hospital (which includes the phrase noting that traveling during the period concerned is not recommended)

In the case of pregnancy: A certificate confirming pregnancy, a doctor’s diagnosis of pregnancy, a doctor’s note (which includes the phrase noting that traveling during the period concerned is not recommended) and a certificate of family relations.

[Baggage] Is there free baggage allowance?

 

One piece of carry-on baggage weighing up to 7KG is offered for noadditional cost.

[Baggage] Can I combine the weight of baggage with a traveling companion to make the most of the baggage allowance?

If two or more passengers with the same booking number check in at the same time, the number of pieces allowed in accordance with the baggage allowance for each passenger may be combined. However, the weight cannot exceed the allowance granted per person.

[Baggage] Is there a limit to the number of pieces of baggage that can be checked in?

If more pieces of baggage than the number of pieces allowed are checked in, there will be an additional fee. For details, please refer to the tab [Baggage - Checked-in baggage]

[Baggage] Can I bring liquids on board?

Liquids must be in a container of 100ml or less. The maximum allowance for liquids on board is 1L or less per passenger, with all the liquid items placed in a clear plastic bag.

[Baggage] Can I use a stroller up to the boarding gate and check it in at the gate?

Yes. You can use a stroller until you reach the boarding gate and check it in at the gate. It should be claimed at the gate of your destination point or at the baggage claim. (However, depending on the circumstances of the destination airport, claiming it at the gate upon arrival may not be an option.)
