Boarding Guide

1. Issue E-ticket

A number of options are available to issue a E-ticket.
Get your E-ticket through online website or KakaoTalk channel.

2. Arrive at the terminal

Check-in closes 1 hour before flight departure. Please arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before departure and complete check-in.

3. Drop off baggage

Check baggage at airport counter.

4. Security Check

Security screening is conducted on passengers in order to ensure the safety of travelers and aircraft.
Passengers must undergo immigration screening by presenting their valid travel documents (passport, etc.).
Passengers who are subject to customs declaration, military duties, or quarantine inspection must report to the respective agencies prior to their departure.

5. Boarding

Please have your boarding pass and passport ready prior to boarding.
Boarding starts 45 minutes before flight departure and closes 15 minutes before departure.
Please be ready at the gate before boarding starts to ensure an on-time departure.
Proceed to board in the order announced.

Note

Pursuant to government notice, emergency exit rows seats may be assigned only to physically able passengers over 18 years of age capable of understanding cabin crew instructions and assisting other passengers in exiting the aircraft. Please inquire at the time of your check-in for more information.

1. Quarantine

  • Present to Quarantine Questionnaire
  • Passengers and crew arriving from potential areas affected by Cholera, yellow fever, pests and other endemic diseases, in: Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa and South America, are required to complete and submit the quarantine questionnaire upon arrival.
  • Passengers with symptoms such as diarrhea, abdominal pains, vomit and/or fever are required to declare it to the quarantine officer upon arrival. If the symptoms persist, the passenger is required to visit the nearest quarantine office, hospital or health center.

2. Arrival Immigration

  • Visitors who will enter into the Republic of Korea are required to submit the arrival card. (Korean citizen no need this document)
  • Passengers are advised to queue at the immigration desk and have their travelling documents ready (passport, arrival card and other documents). The Immigration officer must verify your photo ID and may ask several questions in accordance with screening procedures.

3. Customs Inspection

All arriving passengers from foreign countries must prepare and submit a customs declaration form.
When traveling with family, only one customs declaration form needs to be filled.
Fill out the Customs declaration form and declare corresponding items, and also remember to enter traveler's name, date of birth, and other personal information.
Customs Declaration forms may be filled out in the arrival area, but in order to expedite process, please fill it out before landing.
