Sky Angkor Airlines values each all customer’s opinion and comment. Please inform us of any service-related issues you encountered or any suggestions, compliments and inquiries you may have.
Please note customer complaints are generally processed under the Regulations on Consumer Dispute Resolution of the Fair-Trade Commission.

Handling Process

  • Receive Comments

  • Forward comments to department concerned

  • Review details and scope for improvement

  • Reply to customer

Customer Feedback comments guidelines

  • Please be aware the comments may be rejected if they contain abusive or violent language, sexual harassment, groundless slander, insulting / defaming statement, or contents irrelevant to the Company.
  • Customer information is handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, please do not provide important personal information, such as account information, unless explicitly requested by Sky Angkor Airlines.
