If you have a flight ticket that allows changes to the flight date, changes may be made on the condition that the difference in the fare between the original flight and the new flight, as well as change fees, are charged. For bookings made on the website or through the booking center, please inquire with the booking center. If the ticket was purchased through any other point of sales, please inquire with the original point of sales.
You
may request a cancellation of your flight ticket on the website or through the
booking center. Once a request for cancellation is made, the refund information
is forwarded to the credit card company within 14 to 30 business days, and
the refund will be processed in accordance with the refund policy of the
respective credit card company. If the flight ticket was purchased through a
point of sales other than the Sky Angkor Airlines website or the booking
center, please inquire with the original point of sales.
Refunds may be made through the booking center within 1 years of the date on which the initial booking was made. In such a case, a penalty and cancellation fee will be charged. If the flight ticket was purchased through a point of sales other than the Sky Angkor Airlines website or the booking center, please inquire with the original point of sales.
You
can be issued a certificate confirming the delay or cancellation of your flight
by Sky Angkor Airlines booking center
Sky
Angkor Airlines will review whether the fees can be waived. Please submit your
booking confirmation document and the following relevant documents via email krairport@skyangkorair.com).
In the
case of a death of a family member: Death certificate and certificate of family
relations
In the
case of illness: A doctor’s diagnosis and certificate of admission to a
hospital (which includes the phrase noting that traveling during the period
concerned is not recommended)
In the
case of pregnancy: A certificate confirming pregnancy, a doctor’s diagnosis of
pregnancy, a doctor’s note (which includes the phrase noting that traveling
during the period concerned is not recommended) and a certificate of family
relations.
