Important Notes

1. Coupon Validity

  • All coupons are valid for 2 years from the date of issuance
  • Expired coupons will be automatically forfeited

2. Coupon Usage Policy

  • Requests, changes, and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure via the reservation center
    (excluding weekends and public holidays)
  • Coupons cannot be used or modified within 24 hours prior to departure
  • Coupons are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-reusable, and may not be pooled or used jointly with others
  • If a ticket is refunded, a coupon cancellation request must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to departure; otherwise, the coupon will be automatically forfeited

3. Seat Benefits

  • ZONE 1 refers to Rows 2–5.
  • Complimentary seat assignment in ZONE 1 is provided on a first-come, first-served basis at the airport and may be subject to availability, aircraft configuration, safety regulations, or airport operational conditions.
  • Complimentary seat selection coupons are applicable to the member and may be extended to up to two accompanying passengers on the same flight through the use of additional coupons.

4. Baggage Benefits

  • Up to two 5kg extra baggage coupons may be used per flight.
  • Additional baggage (1 piece) coupons may be used once per flight, and apply only to the first additional baggage item, and cannot be applied to any subsequent additional baggage.

5. Applicable Flights

  • Seat and baggage-related benefits are available only on scheduled flights operated by the Company, and may be restricted on charter flights or certain special operations.
