All coupons are valid for 2 years from the date of issuance and will automatically expire after the validity period.

Coupon application, modification, and cancellation are available up to 24 hours before departure through the reservation center (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Coupon application, modification, and cancellation are not permitted within 24 hours of departure, and any used coupons will be automatically forfeited.
Coupons cannot be transferred to others or combined, and once used, the coupon will automatically expire if the ticket is refunded.

Priority selection for paid seats in rows 2–5 is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and may be limited depending on seat availability, aircraft changes, or schedule changes.
The row 1 seat selection coupon may be used for up to two accompanying passengers.

Additional baggage coupons apply separately from the standard free baggage allowance.
The extra 5kg baggage coupon can be used up to two coupons per flight, and the weight will be added to the total free baggage allowance.
The free extra bag (1 PC) coupon can be used once per flight, and applies to one additional bag only.

Seat and baggage benefits are applicable only to our regular scheduled flights and may be restricted on charter flights or certain other flights.
