Chapter 1. General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions define the operational standards, rights, and obligations of members for the Sky Angkor Airlines Stamp Program (“the Program”), with the purpose of ensuring fair and efficient program management.

 

Article 2 (Stamp Accumulation)
① The number of stamps earned varies depending on the designated routes and flights operated by the Company. The accumulation criteria for each route are specified in a separate guide.
② Charter and non-scheduled flights are not eligible for stamp accumulation.
③ Stamps can only be accumulated by registered Stamp Program members, and the member’s name must match the name of the actual passenger.
④ Requests for retroactive accumulation must be submitted within three (3) months from the flight date, along with supporting documents such as a boarding pass or ticket receipt.
⑤ If any discrepancies are found in the accumulated record, a correction request may be submitted within three (3) months from the flight date.

 

Article 3 (Usage and Benefits)
① Benefits provided to members may only be used within the designated scope and method. (Please refer to the Notice section for detailed information on each benefit.)
② Advance seat selection may be limited depending on the aircraft type or seat configuration. If the first-row seat is unavailable, a second-row seat may be assigned instead.
③ Stamp benefits cannot be transferred or sold to others.
④ For seat selection benefits, combined use is permitted for one accompanying passenger under the same booking reference.

 

Article 4 (Validity and Expiration)
① Stamps are valid for two (2) years from the accumulation date and will automatically expire after the validity period.
② If a member withdraws from the program or shows no login, accumulation, or usage activity for two (2) years or more, the accumulated stamps may expire without prior notice.

 

Article 5 (Misuse and Forfeiture)
① If stamps are accumulated using another person’s flight information or through false information, the relevant stamps will be forfeited. Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of membership.
② In the event of system errors or fraudulent accumulation leading to improper benefits, the Company reserves the right to revoke or cancel the benefits without prior notice.

 

Article 6 (Miscellaneous)
① Membership tiers will be upgraded automatically when the required conditions for each tier are met.
② Some benefits may be restricted due to airport circumstances or changes in airline policy.
③ The content and benefits of this Program are subject to change without prior notice, in accordance with the Company’s policy.
