Yes. If the seat is available, you may purchase the adjacent seat at the airport on the day of boarding. Please inquire with the check-in counter staff.

The valid period during which itinerary changes may be made is one year following the initial generation of the booking. The period during which refunds for the flight ticket may be requested is two years following the initial generation of the booking.

Please note that after the booking is completed, the flight ticket cannot be transferred to another individual.

• Partial correction of the spelling may be made if the pronunciation remains the same. For cases where the pronunciation of the two names differs, the ticket must be refunded then re-purchased. For the former case of a spelling correction, please inquire with the booking center.

• if you purchased your ticket through a travel agency, please directly contact them for assistance.

• You may make a booking for up to 9 passengers at a time.
